Abstract
The invention relates to methods for preparing vapor-gas mixtures for the calibration of gas analyzers and provides an increase in process stability by reducing the concentration dependence on the flow rates of the carrier gas and the evaporated liquid, eliminating spatter and fogging, and approximating the vapor composition to the composition of the saturated vapor used in the liquid. The method is carried out by first obtaining a saturated vapor-gas mixture (PGS) at a temperature T 1 , which corresponds to the vapor content of the desired concentration. To create a saturated PGS, the evaporating liquid and the carrier gas, which are preheated to the temperature T 1, are continuously flowed through the evaporation device, which is thermostatically controlled at the temperature T 1 and previously moistened with the evaporated liquid. The resulting mixture is separated from the liquid in the separator, after which the mixture is heated to operating temperature. 1 tab.
Description
This invention relates to methods for preparing an OPO for calibration of gas analyzers.
The purpose of the invention is to eliminate spattering and fogging, increase the stability of the process by reducing the concentration dependence on the flow rates of the carrier gas and the evaporated liquid, and also approximating the composition of the vapor of the mixture to the composition of the saturated vapor of the complex liquid used.
Example. Get steam-gas mixture of the kerosene fraction with a vapor concentration of 0.51% by volume at a working temperature of 80 ° C.
При этом концентраци насыщенного пара составл ет 0,51 об.%.The evaporating device is a packed column filled with aluminum chips. The chips are moistened with a kerosene fraction, and the device is thermostated at 60 ° C. The concentration of saturated steam is 0.51% by volume.
Затем парогазовую смесь нагревают до рабочей температуры (80°С).A carrier gas is fed through the evaporator. The resulting vapor-gas mixture and the liquid flow from the thermostatic device to the separator, where they are separated from each other. Then the gas-vapor mixture is heated to the operating temperature (80 ° C).
The error of the concentration of the kerosene fraction in the CBC during the day does not exceed 3.5%. An example of the creation of PGS and the dependence of the resulting concentrations on various factors are shown in the table.
When determining the concentration error of the prepared PGS

The technical and economic advantages of the proposed method are to increase the reliability of calibration of gas analyzers by obtaining an ASG similar in composition to that obtained under actual operating conditions, as well as ensuring a continuous long process of preparing a stable ASG, which is often a prerequisite for certification of sensor equipment. , elimination of splash ingress and fogging, which can lead to the exit of some types of gas analyzers from malfunctioning during the testing process.
