Abstract
Изобретение относитс к машиностроению, а именно к средствам защиты от вибраций различных объектов. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение эффективности виброизол ции за счет автоматической настройки на изменение статической нагрузки. При колебани х опоры 2 упругий элемент 3 деформируетс , поворотный элемент 4, обкатыва сь по элементу 5, деформирует пружину 6, что обеспечивает в виброизол торе пониженную жесткость в рабочем диапазоне деформаций. При изменении нагрузки на платформе 1 поворотный элемент 4 достигает крайнего положени и, взаимодейству с выступом 11 трехпозиционного клапана, уменьшает давление под поршнем пневмоцилиндра 7. Элемент 4 выводитс из контакта с элементом 5 пружиной 6, принимает нейтральное положение, а затем снова вводитс в контакт с элементом 5. Виброизол тор переводитс на другой участок силовой характеристики, соответствующий измененной статической нагрузке. 5 ил.The invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely to means of protection against vibrations of various objects. When the load on platform 1 changes, the rotary element 4 reaches the extreme position and, interacting with the protrusion 11 of the three-position valve, reduces the pressure under the piston of the pneumatic cylinder 7. Element 4 is brought out of contact with element 5 by the spring 6, takes the neutral position, and then re-enters element 5. The vibration isolator is transferred to another section of the power characteristic corresponding to the altered static load. 5 il.
