Abstract
Изобретение относитс к измерительной технике и может быть использовано дл измерени размеров деталей с прерывистыми поверхност ми. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение точности измерени путем расширени диапазона регулировани усили демпфировани подвижного кор индуктивного преобразовател , а также повышение стабильности настройки путем исключени деформации кольцевой детали демпфера усили ми, передаваемыми от его регулировочного винта. Кольцева деталь демпфера образована двум част ми 9 и 10, образующими с корем 8 индуктивного преобразовател кольцевой зазор 11, форма и ширина которого регулируетс поворотом частей 9, 10 кольцевой детали демпфера. Выступами эти части контактируют с торцом неподвижной несущей пластины 3, на которой закреплен броневой ферромагнитный сердечник и катушка 4 индуктивности преобразовател . При ввинчивании винта 23 он раздвигает части кольцевой детали демпфера, обеспечива регулировку усили демпфировани . The protrusions of these parts are in contact with the end of the fixed carrier plate 3, on which the ferromagnetic armor core and the coil 4 of the inductance of the converter are fixed. When screwing in screw 23, it pushes parts of the ring part of the damper, providing adjustment of the damping force. This eliminates the deformation of the elements of the damper. 1 hp f-ly, 4 ill.
