The device operates as follows.
The sensor of 1 step, sensitive to the vertical translational movement of the leg, forms a sequence of pulses, each of which corresponds to the step taken. The counter overflow signal 5, arising in the event that the time interval between two consecutive steps is greater than the value determined by its counter module, is fed to the mode switching unit 7. In the first mode of operation, the mode switching unit 7, which is a two-position switch, connects the output of the counter 5 to the control inputs of the controlled keys 2, 9, and 17. The overflow signal of the counter 5 opens these keys. In the second operation mode, the trigger output 14 is connected to the control inputs of the keys 2, 9 and 17. After the control key 2 is closed, the counter 3 calculates the distance traveled, which is reflected on the screen of the display unit 4. The master oscillator 8 generates a sequence of time stamps. The counter 10 after the closure of the controlled key 9 counts the movement time of the athlete, which is reflected on the screen of the display unit 11. The heart rate sensor 15 receives an electrocardiogram at the input of an R-wave detector 16, forming a sequence of normalized pulses tied to a characteristic point of the R-wave of an electrocardiogram. When the controlled key 17 is closed, the counter 18 calculates the pulse amount during the movement, which is reflected on the screen of the display unit 19. The counter 13 is a counter with a programmable conversion module, the value of which corresponds to the athlete’s heart rate of 140 beats / min. In the second mode of operation, the timer 12 at certain intervals, which can be selected values of 6, 10, 15 s, generates a signal that resets the counter 13. If the pulse amount calculated by the counter 13 exceeds the threshold value (athlete’s heart rate is more than 140 beats / min), then the overflow signal of the counter 13 occurs before the reset signal coming from the timer 12. The overflow signal of the counter 13 is stored in the trigger 14 and, passing through the mode switching unit 7, is fed to the control inputs of the controlled keys 2, 9 and 17. The keys 2, 9 and 17 are closed and the distance traveled, the travel time and the pulse amount are calculated under conditions of particularly active physical activity. The manual reset device 6 is designed to reset the readings of counters 3, 10 and 18 before subsequent measurements.
The proposed device makes it possible to control the distance traveled, the time of movement, which indicates its speed, and therefore, the intensity of movement and heart rate of the athlete. The presence of two operating modes allows you to control the athlete's pulse amount during normal physical exertion; to determine how much time he was in conditions of increased physical activity, when the heart rate exceeded 140 bpm, what kind of work he did while doing this, and how it affected the rhythm of his heart.
