Abstract
Изобретение относитс к испытательной технике. Цель изобретени - расширение функциональных возможностей путем обеспечени испытаний на усталость не только одного образца как при плоском, так и при круговом изгибе, но и пары взаимодействующих между собой образцов с чередованием нагружений плоским и круговым изгибами. Установка содержит два механизма вращени торцовых захватов 2, 3 образцов 6, 7, включающих каждый вал 10 шарового шарнира 8(9), шестерню 11 и муфту 12, св занные редуктором с приводом 13, винт 14 и пружину 15 нагружени статической силой, опоры 18,19 и механизм перемещени опор. Дл испытани пары взаимодействующих образцов винтом 14 деформируют пружину 15, св зывающую шаровые шарниры 16, 17 консольных захватов 4, 5, и создают статическую нагрузку на образцы. Включают привод 13 и муфты 12. Оба образца испытываютс при круговом изгибе с изменением соотношени плеч при перемещении опор 18, 19 механизмом, включающим винтовую пару винт 21 - гайка 22 и привод 23 вращени гайки 22. При отключении одной из муфт 12 св занный с ней образец нагружаетс изгибом в одной плоскости. 2 ил.This invention relates to a testing technique. The purpose of the invention is to enhance the functionality by providing fatigue tests for not only one sample in both flat and circular bending, but also a pair of interacting samples with alternating flat and circular bending loads. The installation contains two mechanisms of rotation of the end grips 2, 3 of samples 6, 7, including each shaft 10 of the ball joint 8 (9), gear 11 and coupling 12, connected by a gearbox with drive 13, screw 14 and spring 15 by static force, bearings 18 , 19 and the mechanism for moving the supports. To test a pair of interacting samples with a screw 14, the spring 15 is deformed, which connects the ball joints 16, 17 of the cantilever arms 4, 5, and creates a static load on the samples. The actuator 13 and the couplings 12 are turned on. Both specimens are tested under circular bending with a change in the ratio of the shoulders when the supports 18, 19 are moved by a mechanism including a screw pair of screw 21 - a nut 22 and a drive 23 for rotating the nut 22.
