Abstract
The invention can be used to determine the strength characteristics of materials of tubular specimens loaded with internal pressure. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy and expand the technological capabilities by ensuring the use of plastic powder as a working element (OM). In the cavity of the tubular sample is placed ER, the compression of which is its compaction and volume reduction. The register of the volume change of the ER is determined by the force at which the volume ceases to decrease and becomes constant with increasing compressive force. With further growth, the sample is destroyed. The force at which the failure occurred was also measured, and the strength properties of the sample were judged by the difference in the forces at which the failure occurred and at which the volume stopped decreasing. 2 Il.
Description
The invention relates to a test apparatus and can be used to determine the strength characteristics of tubular specimens.
The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy by bringing the loading conditions to real and expanding technological capabilities by providing the ability to use plastic powder as a working element.
FIG. 1 shows a typical dependence of the volume of the work item on the force applied to it; in fig. 2 is a diagram of the device that implements the proposed method.
4,The device for testing samples with internal pressure contains the upper 1 and lower 2 rods, which are inserted into the cavity of the tubular sample 3. A plastic working element 4 is placed between the rods,
4.which can be used plastic powder. The device is also equipped with a system 5 for measuring the change in the volume of the working element 4.
The method of testing tubular specimens with internal pressure is as follows.
CDThe sample is filled with a plastic working element 4, which is compressed between rods 1 and 2. During the loading process, a compressive force and a change in the volume of the working element 4 are recorded, which is dried by measuring the height of the working element column (the distance between the rods). With an increase in the compressive force, the volume of the working element 4 decreases (Fig. 1, portion o-a) by filling the gap between it and the inner surface of sample 3, and in the case of using the working element 4 in the form of plastic powder, by sealing it volume raCD

I То, что о характере взаимодействи ра- б;рчего элемента 4 и образца 3 суд т по изме- Н1ению объема, позвол ет использовать в ка- ч|естве рабочего элемента пластичный поро- Ц1ОК, у которого практически отсу1;ствует Нредел упругости, что обеспечивает более тЬчное моделирование действи гидроста- т ического давлени .I The fact that the nature of the interaction of the working element 4 and sample 3 is judged by the change in volume allows the use of plastic duct-C1OK, which practically lacks the elastic limit, This provides a more accurate simulation of the hydrostatic pressure effect.
