Abstract
Изобретение относитс к средствам испытани силовых панелей летательных аппаратов. Целью изобретени вл етс приближение испытаний к услови м эксплуатации силовых панелей путем имитации распределени элементов жесткости и создани комбинированного нагружени сжатием и чистым сдвигом. Установка содержит жесткий каркас 1, на основании 5 которого закреплена вертикальна стойка 6, осесимметрично которой установлен экспериментальный кессон 8, составленный из силовых панелей, и св занных с ними элементов 7 жесткости . Нагрузочные рычаги 12 шарнирно оперты на закрепленные на стойке 6 упоры, и каждый рычаг св зан шарнирно со штоками силовозбудителей 13 и 14 соответственно. Варьиру усили ми, которые попарно создают силовозбудители 13 и 14, получают любое требуемое соотношение сжимающих и сдвиговых нагрузок, действующих на экспериментальный кессон 8. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 3 ил.This invention relates to means of testing power panels of aircraft. The aim of the invention is to approximate tests to the conditions of operation of power panels by simulating the distribution of stiffeners and creating a combined loading by compression and shear. The installation comprises a rigid frame 1, on the basis of which 5 a vertical support 6 is fixed, axially symmetric of which an experimental caisson 8 is installed, composed of power panels, and stiffening elements 7 associated with them. The load levers 12 are pivotally supported on the supports fixed to the stand 6, and each lever is connected pivotally to the actuator rods 13 and 14, respectively. By varying the efforts that the exciters 13 and 14 create in pairs, any desired ratio of compressive and shear loads acting on the experimental caisson 8 is obtained. 1 Cp f-ly, 3 ill.
