Abstract
Изобретение относитс к горному делу и м.б. использовано при креплении подготовительных выработок. Цель изобретени - снижение трудоемкости работ по установке крепи и упрощение конструкции. Крепь устанавливаетс в зоне опорного давлени и состоит из гидростоек (ГС) 1 с нижними опорами 2 и верхними опорами (каретками) 3, св занными гибким транспортным элементом (ТЭ) 4. Верхние опоры 3 закреплены на замкнутом ТЭ 4 с определенным шагом посредством осей 5, кронштейнов 6 и проушин 7. Гибкий ТЭ 4 огибает нат жное устройство (У) 8, расположенное у кровли выработки позади крепи. На барабане У 8 имеютс пазы 12 дл взаимодействи с ос ми 5. При этом У 8 шарнирно закрепл етс при помощи гидродомкрата 13 дл нат жени ТЭ 4 на опорной стойке 14. При подходе лавы к крайней ГС она снимаетс с распора и повисает на ТЭ 4,а У 8 гидродомкратом 13 выбирает слабину нат га ТЭ 4 и транспортирует ГС 1. При вращении барабана У 8 оси 5 перемещаютс и каретка 3 приближаетс к кровле на заданный шаг установки. Затем нижн опора 2 устанавливаетс на почву. К ГС 1 подключаетс гидромагистраль и стойка занимает проектное положение. 3 ил.The invention relates to mining and m. used for mounting preparatory workings.
