Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к медицине и медицинской технике. Цель изобретени  - повышение функциональности путем обеспечени  зарессоренной подвижности во всех плоскост х при использовании различных по высоте каблуков. Голеностопный узел протеза нижней конечности содержит стопу, выполненную в виде упругого каркаса 1, и облицовки 2, внутри которой выполнена полость 3, переднего 4 и заднего 5 упругих элементов, соединенных с каркасом 1, и установленным на нем промежуточным элементом 6, выполненным в виде призматического клина, узка  бокова  сторона которого имеет цилиндрическую поверхность 7, адаптера 8, содержащего хомут 9 с резьбовыми отверсти ми 10 дл  соединени  с несущим модулем 11, и выступы 12, 13 с расположенными на них упругими элементами 4, 5, причем передний 4 упругий элемент расположен в нише 14, а задний 5 соединен с каркасом посредством болта 15 с гайкой 16. Кроме того, голеностопный узел содержит кольцевой многослойный фиксатор 17 со сло ми 18-20. Применение голеностопного узла протеза нижней конечности позвол ет уменьшить асимметрию ходьбы инвалидов на протезах нижних конечностей. 2 ил.The invention relates to medicine and medical technology.
