Abstract
Изобретение относитс к измерительной технике. Цель - повышение точности индукционного датчика положени какой-либо детали, линейно или вращательно перемещающейс относительно другой детали. Датчик содержит статор 8 и закрепленную на нем хот бы одну пару индуктивно св занных катушек 2 и 3, охватывающих ферромагнитные сердечники 4, которые выполнены в виде одинаковых пластин, расположенных в общей плоскости и обращенных одна к другой своими узкими торцами. В зазоре между торцами сердечников 4 установлен с возможностью перемещени электропроводный тонкостенный экран 5, имеющий хот бы один вырез, размеры которого превышают размеры поперечного сечени сердечника. Благодар этому при прохождении кра выреза между торцами сердечников 4 датчика происходит скачкообразное изменение взаимоиндуктивной св зи между катушками 2 и 3, что обуславливает по вление импульса напр жени в измерительной катушке 3. 2 ил.This invention relates to a measurement technique. Due to this, when passing the edge of the notch between the ends of the sensor cores 4, there is an abrupt change in the mutual inductive coupling between coils 2 and 3, which causes the appearance of a voltage pulse in the measuring coil 3. 2 Il.
