Abstract
Изобретение позвол ет стабилизировать скоростное поле истекающего потока воздуха при раздаче его в насыпной слой. Выпускное окно 2 выполнено в подпольном патрубке (П) 1 на уровне пола 3 помещени . Верхние основани 5 распределительной решетки 4, выполненной в П 1, размещены в плоскости окна 2. Центральна горизонтальна квадратна пластина 6 установлена в П 1 под решеткой 4 с возможностью осевого перемещени . Решетка 4 выполнена в виде концентрично усановленных с шагом между ними равносторонних усеченных пирамид. Меньшие основани пирамид размещены в П 1 с образованием пирамиды с углом при вершине, расположенным в плоскости окна 2 и равным 50-70°. Шаг между пирамидами и сторона пластины 6 составл ют соответственно 0,1-0,15 и 0,2-0,3 ширины окна 2. Пластина 6, перемеща сь вдоль центральной оси, регулирует количественное соотношение воздуха между центральными и периферийными каналами. При увеличении доли общего расхода, направл емого в периферийные каналы, соответственно возрастает скорость фильтрации у основани насыпи. Это позвол ет получить практически равномерное поле скоростей у основани насыпи и исключить застойные зоны. 2 ил.The invention makes it possible to stabilize the velocity field of the outflowing air stream when dispensing it into the bulk layer.
