Abstract
The invention relates to electrical engineering. The goal is to increase reliability. Permanent magnets 3 magnetized in the tangential direction are mounted on the shaft 1 of a nonmagnetic material. The magnets are fixed between parts 4 and 5 of the poles by means of wedges 6. The wedge 6 is made of ferromagnetic material and has a cone-shaped cross-section, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the rotor, with an extension towards the rotor shaft 1. The wedges are provided with end stops 7 for fixing the magnets 3 and are installed on both sides of each permanent magnet. This makes it possible to compensate for deviations in the size of the magnets and the poles. 1 il.

The invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to electric machines with permanent magnets on the rotor, and can be used in synchronous generators and motors, as well as in multi-purpose valve motors.
The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of the compensation of deviations of the sizes of the magnets and poles.
The drawing shows a rotor, a cross-section.
The rotor contains a shaft 1 of non-magnetic material with radially protruding longitudinal ribs 2, permanent magnets 3 of rectangular shape, non-magnetic in the tangential direction, poles consisting in the tangential direction of two parts 4 and 5, wedges 6 of ferromagnetic material, installed in the gaps between both side the sides of the permanent magnet and the parts of each pole facing it. Each wedge 6 on the side facing the outer surface of the rotor is provided with an end stop 7 for fixing the permanent magnet. The wedges 6 are in a cross section perpendicular to the axis of the rotor, cone-shaped with an extension in the direction of the rotor shaft 1. After the rotor is assembled, it is accelerated at revolutions exceeding the rotor's working revolutions, while the magnets 3 under the action of centrifugal forces, moving in the radial direction, are pressed against the stops 7 of the wedges 6, pulling them behind them, pressing the wedges b to parts 4 and 5 of the poles
4,5,in the tangential direction, choosing to a minimum the technological gaps between magnet 3 and wedges 6 and between pole wedges 4,5,
The application of the proposed design of the rotor will increase reliability by compensating for deviations of the size of the magnets and poles.
In addition, the minimum technological gaps of the coupling of a magnet with a wedge and a wedge with a pole practically do not resist magnetic flux, which will make it possible to effectively use the energy of a permanent magnet.
