The invention relates to test equipment, in particular to a pendulum copra. The purpose of the invention the expansion of functional opportunities
by ensuring that samples are tested not only under constant loading, but also under repeated alternating loading. The pile driver contains a pendulum in the form of a rod 5 with an elastic plate 6 and a load 7 and a loader in the form of a frame 9 mounted on the second rod 8 connected pivotally common to the rod 5 by an axis 4 with a bed 1. When the pendulum turns, the lock 10 connects both rods 11 and 12 frames 9 apply repeated blows to sample 3 in opposite directions with damped amplitude-. loads. When wall 12 is removed from the frame 9, repeated loading of the specimen is performed in one direction. 1 il.

The invention relates to test equipment, namely to the pendulum copra. '
The purpose of the invention is to expand the functionality by ensuring that the sample is not only tested under a sign of constant loading, and when the sign of alternating loading is repeated. Ιθ
The drawing shows the pile driver
general form.
Koper contains frame 1, size; Schenny supports on it 2 samples 3,
I pendulum with composite suspension in the form of 15
pivotally connected axis 4 with a bed 1 ". rigid barbell. 5 and fixed on its end of the elastic cantilever plate 6 with a load of 7, pivotally
ί connected by an axis 5 with a bed of a second 2 0 to the ruy bar 8 with a loader in the form
frame 9, fastened at its free end, lock 10, made in
: as an electromagnet and designed to connect rods 5 and 8 to 25
the moment of contact with the frame.9, and a typical device for recording the sample loading diagram (not shown).
<Koper works as follows ..
For tests with sign-change
Free loading barbell 5.
When you turn the last lock 10 connects it with the rod 8. The wall 11 of the frame 9 strikes at the sample 3.
; Under the action of the elastic plate 6 and the load 7 after the impact, both rods 5 and 8 move in the opposite direction and the wall 12 of the frame 9 hits the sample 3.
When the energy is greater than the work of destruction of the sample, the sample is destroyed with the energy transfer from the elastic plate 6. At removal
In the case of the wall 12 of the frame 9, repeated shocks are performed in one direction with the damping of the load oscillations, if the energy supply on the pendulum is less than the work of the sample destruction.
When changing the length of the plate 6 by moving it along the axis of the rod 5 and fixing the clamp 13, the loading parameters change: as the plate length decreases, the energy transferred to the sample during its destruction decreases the frequency of repeated loading. both directions.
