At the same time, the weft and main additional threads are located on one side of the frame layer, and the communication node of the filling layers with the frame ones is formed by interlacing each of the two main threads of one rapport based on the filling layer with one of the pair of weft threads of the frame layer located on opposite sides of places of intersection of the main threads of the frame layer, and the frame layer is made by interlacing the main rep 2/2. 1 il.
Description
Изобретение относитс к текстильной промышленности, в частности к издели м из нитей, изготовл емым на ткацких станках , и может быть использовано, например, на картонно-и бумагоделательных машинах как сушильное и транспортирующее полотно .The invention relates to the textile industry, in particular to articles of yarn manufactured on weaving looms, and can be used, for example, on cardboard and papermaking machines as a drying and conveying web.
The aim of the invention is to increase the thickness and mass of the fabric while increasing its flexibility.
The drawing shows a diagram of a multi-layered fabric, a longitudinal section in the direction of the base.
The diagram shows frame 1 and 2, additional 3 and 4 and filling 5 and 6 main threads, filling 7 - 17 and additional 18-24 weft threads.
Multi-layer fabric has the following structure.

16 - 22.the skeleton layer is arranged in a straight line, the additional main threads 3 and 4. The filling main threads 5 and 6, interlaced with the filling weft threads 7-15, form the filling 5 woven layer in the form of a closed contour close in shape to the circumference in which Linearly additional weft yarns 16-22.
Каркасные основные 1 и 2 и уточные 2J 1 :и 24 нити имеют переплетение основный i репс 2/2, причем уточные нити 23 и 24 рас- положены по разные стороны от места перекрещивани основных нитей 1 и 2 каркасного сло .Frame basic 1 and 2 and weft 2J 1: and 24 threads have interlacing of the main i reps 2/2, and weft threads 23 and 24 are located on opposite sides of the place where the main threads 1 and 2 of the frame layer intersect.
Узел св зи заполнительного сло с каркасным образован переплетением заполни- тельной основной нити 6 с уточной нитью 24 и основной нити 5 с уточной нитью 23 к;зркасного сло .The communication unit of the filler layer with the frame is formed by interlacing the filler main thread 6 with the weft thread 24 and the main thread 5 with the weft thread 23 k; the back layer.
24.The proposed multilayer fabric has increased flexibility even with a large thickness and mass due to the fact that the skeleton layer formed by interlacing the main threads 1 and 2 with weft threads 23 and 24 is located under the additional weft threads 16-22 in the seamy surface of the fabric, and Zi is formed by interlacing the main threads 5 and 6 with weft threads 23 and 24.
Все другие нити вл ютс капроновыми, как обладающие большой прочностью и плотностью материа- The fabric used, for example, as a drying belt for cardboard machines, contains nylon and cotton yarns. Cotton yarns are used as main and refined yarns of the carcass ply, which is located when working on the heated surface of the table of the cardboard machine. All other threads are nylon, as having great strength and density of material.

The fabric can be made on the shuttle weaving machine, as not requiring edge-forming devices and providing the edges of the fabric of good quality. The fabric layout is made on an AT-100-5M machine with a shaft-type carriage RK-12. The fabric formation begins with the entry of weft 7-15 filling layer, then the shed opens, in which the filling main threads 5 and 6 are lifted and the main threads 1-4 are lowered , and additional weft yarns 18 - 24 are laid into this shed. After that, the weft yarns 23 and 24 are sequentially inserted and

Затем пор док наработки повтор етс .a battle of weft yarns, in the course of which the main yarns 1-4 are highly tensioned, and the yarns 5 and 6 are weakened, and a closed contour is being formed. Then, the run time is repeated.
The proposed fabric has increased flexibility in comparison with the one known at the same thickness and weight, since the bending resistance of the offered fabric is caused by the resistance of the bending due to the main threads 1-4, located at a small distance from each other, and in the known fabric the frame horizontal layers prone to bending, spaced at approximately the same thickness as the fabric. These layers prevent the bending of a known fabric. Moreover, the greater the thickness of the fabric, the greater the resistance to bending.
In addition, in the proposed fabric, the weight and strength can be increased by increasing the number of weft 16-22 and 3 main and 4 additional threads respectively, and in a known fabric an increase in weight and strength is also achieved by increasing the number of threads, but this inevitably leads to increased flexibility.
