Abstract
1. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что по крайней мере один из наружных дисков выполнен в виде секторов, смонтированных с возможностью углового смещения.3. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что один из наружных дисков выполнен из упругого материала.1.
