Abstract
Изобретение относитс к однороторным винтовым компрессорам и позвол ет повысить экономичность и снизить материалоемкость и уровень шума. Тело вращени (ТВ) 11 и основание 13, из которых состоит каждый зуб 7 отсекателей 5, 6, имеют возможность поворота в процессе зацеплени и под действием пружин 9 в плоскости дисков отсекателей 5 и 6 вокруг оси 8 закреплени , на которой установлено основание 13. В результате того, что ТВ 11 вращаетс на подшипниковой опоре 12, установленной на оси 14 вращени , котора закреплена на основании 13, снижаютс потери на трение в процессе перемещени ТВ 11 по канавке центрального винта 4, чем и достигаетс повышение экономичности работы машины. Размещение опоры 12 в полости ТВ 11 позвол ет выполнить конструкцию компактной и снизить материалоемкость, а покрытие контактирующей с винтом 4 поверхности ТВ 11 слоем 15 материала, обладающего амортизирующими свойствами, позвол ет уменьшить вибрацию и снизить шум, возникающий при работе машины, за счет звукопоглощени и демпфировани слоем 15 колебаний. 2 з.п.ф-лы, 2 ил.The invention relates to single-rotor screw compressors and improves the efficiency and reduces material consumption and noise level.
