Description
The invention relates to the construction, in particular to machines for the development of strong and frozen soils.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the durability of the tip of the ripper.
FIG. 1 shows the tip of the ripper, side view; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. 1; in fig. 3 is a view B in FIG. one; in fig. 4 and 5 - the sequence of swapping interchangeable plates on the tip: in FIG. b - removable plate, axonometric, in FIG. 7 is a calculation scheme for determining the length of the edge of the replacement plate.
The ripper tip contains side faces 1 with mounting holes 2, front 3 and rear 4 faces with longitudinal slots 5 and a replaceable cutting element mounted with the possibility of shifting from the rear face to the front. The slits 5 are made around the perimeter of the longitudinal edges of the tip, which is provided with flexible tapes 6 placed in the slots x 6 with a locking device 7. The replaceable cutting element is made in the form of a set of plates 8 which are joined to each other by the end edges 9 and fixed on the tape 6. Each of plates 8 in cross section has the shape of a parallelogram, and the smaller face of the front plate 10 is placed in the same plane with the front face 3 of the tip. The length attached to the ribbons 6 edges 11 of each plate 8 corresponds to
I h (ctg (а + у) + ctg , где h - толщина режущего элемента;I h (ctg (a + y) + ctg, where h is the thickness of the cutting element;
Р- угол заострени наконечника;P - the angle of the tip;
у - угол между задней гранью наконечника и горизонтальной плоскостью;y is the angle between the rear face of the tip and the horizontal plane;
плоскостью.a is the angle between the smaller diagonal of the parallelogram of the plate and the horizontal plane.
The end edges 9 of the plates 8 connected to each other may have projections 12. The protrusions 12 of all the plates, except for the front ones, are placed in the depressions of the adjacent plates.
The operation of the ripper tip is as follows.
When digging into the ground the tip of the ripper, interacting with the soil, destroys it. The protrusions 12 on the end edge of the front plate 10 contribute to the development of cracks in the ground in the direction of the tip movement, which helps to reduce the loosening energy intensity. The ground interacting front plate 10 is exposed to abrasive particles in the soil, resulting in a wear area on its back face. The angle of inclination of the wear area to the cutting path is negative and reaches a 7-10 °. The formation of a wear area causes the emergence of additional cutting forces for the soil.
In order to prevent an increase in energy costs for the destruction of the soil with a blunt front plate 10, it is replaced by another. To do this, the locking device 7 is opened and the flexible bands 6 are moved with the plates B fixed on them until the subsequent plate 8 is set in front of the cutting edge of the tip. In this case, the front face of this plate is a continuation of the front face 3 of the tip, and the worn first plate 10 will move to the front face 3 of the tip. After this, the locking device 7 is closed. The worn out first plate 10 mounted on the front of the 3 tip is oriented with its worn part towards the ripper rack, and with the opposite worn part with protrusions 12 towards the front

Subsequently, the work is carried out simultaneously by two front plates 10, which ensures the dismemberment of the soil massif into separate zones and
0 reduces energy consumption loosening. Subsequent replacement of the worn front plates 10 is carried out similarly, with a stepped ridge of worn plates forming on the front face 3.
7).5 that increases the durability of the tip. The length of the rib 11 fixed on the ribbons is calculated based on the condition of converting the quadrilateral prism ABCD to the triangular prism BCD in the process of operation (Fig. 7).
