Abstract
2 з.п. This invention relates to pavement cleaning machines. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of sweeping and reduce lint wear. The working body of the sweeper includes a drive shaft 2 on which bushings 7 and 8 are mounted, to which the guides are attached. The pile holders 17 and 18 are installed in these guides and are connected to the ropes 23-26 fixed to the shaft 2. When the shaft 2 rotates, the centrifugal forces press the pile 19 and 20 to the casing 1, moving the flux holders 17 and 18 in the guides. With an increase in the rotational speed, the forces of friction of pile 19 and 20 of casing 1 increase, which leads to winding of ropes 23-26 and removal of pile 19 and 20 from casing 1. This reduces the nosworth. 2 hp f-ly, 3 ill.

The working body of the sweeper-cleaning machine works as follows.
2At transport crossings, the working Q body together with the casing is raised above the road surface. When sweeping, the working body moves forward in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the drive shaft 2, dz and the drive shaft 2 rotates simultaneously in the direction perpendicular to its axis. the coating and the inner surface of the casing 1, the ropes 23-26 d, tend to be wound on the drive shaft 2о. At the same time, under the action of centrifugal forces from the mass of the pile holders 17 and 18, the latter will move Slip in radial directions, press the pile 19 and 20 to the floor and to the casing 1, and wind the ropes 23-26 from the drive shaft 2 "At a certain speed of rotation of the drive shaft 2
1.the force of pressing the pile to the road surface, due to the mass of the pile holders 17 and 18 is constant regardless of the wear of the pile, since the change in mass of the pile holders 17 and 18 as the pile 19 and 20 are slightly worn, the working condition of the working body as the pile 19 and 20 do not wear vary to ensure consistent sweeping quality. The necessary forces of pressing the pile 19 and 20 to the coating and the casing 1 can be chosen optimally to provide better sweeping quality and minimum wear of the pile by changing the mass of the pile holders 17 and 18, When the rotational speed of the drive shaft 2 changes, for example, as it increases, simultaneously with the increase in centrifugal forces and movement of the pile holders 17 and 18 from the axis of the shaft 2 increase the frictional forces from increasing the pressing force of the pile, and the ropes 23-26 tend to wind on the shaft 2 and return the pile holders 17 and 18 to their original position e. Therefore, at variable modes of rotation of the drive shaft 2, the necessary efforts are required to hold the lint 19 and 20 against the cover and the casing 1.
Thus, the working body of the sweeper ensures a reduction in wear of the pile 19 and 20 and an improvement in the quality of sweeping
