-.The method is carried out as follows. -.
The cholesterol was extracted from hyperparinized rabbit blood with an initial cholesterol concentration of 129 mg-%. The shelf life of the blood from the moment it is taken from the donor to the extraction is less than 6 hours. The ratio of the blood volume to the volume of the emulsion was 1: 1. The phase contact burden was 2 hours. The concentration of cholesterol was determined by the Ilk method. The degree of extraction of cholesterol was calculated by the form --- the mule

A series of experiments was carried out with each type of emulsion in a number of experiments equal to five.
In each experiment, hemolysis did not exceed 15 mg-% in terms of free plasma hemoglobin. The stability of the emulsions during storage was determined at 20 ° C over periods of 1 and 50% separation of the emulsion.

From Examples 2-4, it can be seen that with an increase in the total fraction of E and C with respect to B. The increase in the degree of extraction occurs in the emulsion, however, the stability of the emulsions sharply decreases, which makes them disadvantageous for use in practice.
Examples 8-18 show that with boundary values for the intervals, the results obtained are better than with experiments with a known emulsion. From examples 9-22, it can be seen that when using compositions that are within the proposed intervals, the degree of recovery of cholesterol is almost twice as much as in the prototype.
Examples 23, 27, 31, and 32 confirm that when using C in amounts outside the range of the proposed range, the degree of XC extraction is lower than that of a known emulsion, despite the fact that the stability is greater, especially in the last three.
