Description
N° 1509452.The invention relates to the liquid treatment of woven materials, and can be used in the textile, electrical and other industries and is an improvement of the invention according to the author. N ° 1509452.
The aim of the invention is to improve the processability and quality of material processing.
FIG. 1 shows a diagram of the liquid processing of a textile material according to the proposed method; in fig. 2 - the same, another version.
The method is carried out as follows.
На сухие и пропитанную ветви в зоне контакта воздействуют ультразвуковыми колебани ми .The dry branch of the textile material from the roll 1 through the guide roller 2 is fed to the surface of the diaphragm of the magnetostrictive transducer 3. Then it is additionally conducted through the guide rollers 4-6 to form a loop. The dry loop formed is guided in synchronization with the first dry branch to the surface of the diaphragm of the magnetostrictive transducer 3, which is the reference surface. After that, it is conducted through the roller 7 installed in the bath 8 with the processing liquid 9. The impregnated material branch in the contact zone on the supporting surface of the magnetostrictive transducer 3 is inserted between two dry material branches. Dry and impregnated branches in the contact zone are affected by ultrasonic vibrations.
13.Next, the processed material enters through the guide rollers 10 and 11, with the help of which it is passed through a thermal oven 12, and after that the thermally processed material is wound into a roll 13.
Several labyrinth-mounted magnetostrictive transducers 3 (Fig. 2) are used to perform better impregnation and remove excess working fluid from the processed material, which allows the action of ultrasonic vibrations.

меньшей мере в двух зонах контакта пропитанной ветви с двум сухими ветв ми.at least in two zones of contact of the impregnated branch with two dry branches.
The impact of ultrasonic vibrations on dry and impregnated branches in the contact zone significantly reduces the friction that occurs in the plane of contact of the material surfaces during their relative movement. Thereby, the traumability of the surface structure 1 of the material is reduced.
During the impregnation of porous-capillary tissues, the degree of penetration of the working fluid into the tissue structure is significantly improved. This is due to the activation of the working fluid by ultrasound, which is located in the surface layer of the material and on its outer surface between the dry and impregnated branches. The process of penetration of the working fluid into the material structure is additionally activated by pressure from the side of the supporting surface.
Activation of the process of penetration of the working fluid into the porous-capillary
The structure of the textile material and the reduction of friction on the supporting surface allows a significant increase in the rate of impregnation.
5The use of several labyrinth-mounted magnetostrictive transducers permits a more qualitative impregnation of textile material with a well-developed porous-capillary structure.
