Abstract
FIELD: hydrocarbon halides. SUBSTANCE: vinyl chloride is synthesized by reaction of 1,2-dichloroethane, ethylene and oxygen taken at the molar ratio (3.8-4.2): (1.8-2.2): (0.8-1.2), at 300-400 C into a single reactor in the presence of catalyst cesium, copper and potassium chloride applied on the silica gel at concentration 5-10; 1-10 and 2-20% of carrier mass, respectively. Preferably to use a mixture of 1,2-dichloroethane with hydrogen chloride at the molar ratio 1:1. In this case the conversion of 1,2-dichloroethane reaches 74.97-96.27% that of ethylene is 72.91-95.49% selectivity is 96.78-98.64% (as vinyl chloride). EFFECT: simplified process of synthesis. 2 cl, 1 tbl
