Abstract

Роторный аппарат содержит корпус с входными и выходными патрубками. В корпусе концентрично установлены статор 5 и ротор 6 с отверсти ми 7 и 8 в боковых стенках. В полости ротора с зазором относительно его стенок установлен выпуклый рассекатель 9, направленный выпуклостью к входному патрубку. Рассекатель выполнен полым шлемообразной формы. Между стенками корпуса и статора образуетс рабоча камера 10. Ротор получает вращение от привода. 1 ил.The invention can be used in mixers with the use of acoustic vibrations and allows to increase the work efficiency by creating additional vibrations and cavitation effects. The rotary apparatus includes a housing with inlet and outlet nozzles. A stator 5 and a rotor 6 with holes 7 and 8 in the side walls are concentrically mounted in the housing. In the cavity of the rotor with a gap relative to its walls there is a convex divider 9, directed by the convexity to the inlet nozzle. The divider is made hollow helme-shaped. A working chamber 10 is formed between the walls of the housing and the stator. The rotor receives rotation from the drive. 1 il.
