Abstract

Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к хирургическим зажимам. Целью изобретени вл етс уменьшение травматизации. Зажим содержит две шарнирно соединенные бранши 1, 2 с кольцевыми ручками 3 и кремальерой 4 на одном конце и губки 5, 6 с рабочими поверхност ми на другом, причем по всей длине первой губки 5 с рабочей поверхностью в виде плоскости установлены шипы 7 с возможностью их перемещени в выемках 8 второй губки 6. Губки 5 и 6 выполнены с зазором между рабочими поверхност ми, а шипы 7 выполнены в виде упоров и расположены с возможностью взаимодействи с торцовыми поверхност ми выемок 8, причем рабоча поверхность второй губки 6 выполнена в виде цилиндрического желоба. С зажимом работают следующим образом. Мобилизуют желудок. Прошивают и отсекают двенадцатиперстную кишку. Прошивают желудок. Накладывают зажим таким образом, что губкой 5 с шипами 7 фиксируют заднюю стенку желудка. Уход щую часть желудка пережимают и отсекают. Формируют заднюю стенку атастомоза. Рассекают тощую кишку. Снимают зажим. Формируют непрерывным швом соустье.The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical clips. The aim of the invention is to reduce the trauma.
