Description

The invention relates to processes for gluing ceramic products, in particular, to glaze slurry compositions intended for producing glassy glue assemblies, and can be used in capacitor manufacturing for the automatic gluing of capacitor packages into a block.

The aim of the invention is to eliminate spreadability and increase due to this release of usable blocks.

Glaze slip is obtained as follows.

Затем полученные i конденсаторные блоки по прин тому в конденсаторостроении процессу подг вергают лужению по контактным поверхност м (торцам).A glass frit of a given composition is prepared in a previously known manner. For this, the components of the frit, taken in the stated ratio, are mixed with each other, and the resulting mixture is subjected to boiling at 950 ° C and subsequent grinding by wet grinding in ball mills for 24-48 hours to a specific surface of 2000-3000 cm2 / year The required amount of an aqueous solution of methylcellulose is added to the mixture thus obtained and mixed thoroughly in a roller mill for 2 to 3 hours until a homogeneous suspension is formed. The finished glaze slip is used for gluing together packages of ceramic capacitors into a single unit: an automated unit at a reflux temperature of 600-700 ° C for 5-15 minutes. Then, the obtained i capacitor units, received by the process in condenser construction, are tinned on the contact surfaces (ends).

In this case, glass frit is the basis of the slip, which provides melting and gluing at 600-700 ° C, and methylcellulose stabilizes the decrease in flowability during melting and increases the suitability of glaze
