Abstract
1 з.п. The invention relates to the cleaning of gases from dust and can be used for spraying liquid conditioning reagents in gases before cleaning them in various industries. The goal is to increase the degree of dispersion of the liquid. For this purpose, the main resonator of the acoustic liquid dispenser is made up of annular and semi-annular fluid supply channels, a cylindrical fluid swirling chamber with a tapering cone-shaped output section and tangential channels and channels for communicating the latter with the resonating cavity of the main resonator. The divider is made with an expanding cone-shaped nozzle. The direction of twist of the tangential channels is chosen coinciding with the direction of the spirals of the axisymmetric channels and the channel for the gas supply. The nebulizer provides the ability to redistribute the fluid into several streams before dispersing, thereby increasing the efficiency of using the energy of the nebulizing agent in numerous localized sections of the dispersion zone, including through the formation of thin films produced during the generation of significant centrifugal forces in the swirling flow of the sprayed fluid. 1 hp f-ly, 3 ill.

Acoustic spray liquid works as follows.
Оставша с часть жидкости из сквозного канала 7 рассекател 6 в состо нии закрученного потока через сопло 19 также подаетс в рабочую зону 20 диспергировани .The fluid passing through the channel 2, the semiring channels 14, the annular channel 13, the tangential channels 17 enters the cylindrical swirl chamber 15. The swirling flow of liquid along the generatrix of the frusto-conical surface of chamber 15 enters the through channel 7 of the dissector 6, from which partially through channels 9 it is fed into the liquid preparation chamber 11 and into the dispersion working zone 20. The remaining part of the liquid from the through channel 7 of the splitter 6 in the state of swirling flow through the nozzle 19 is also fed to the dispersion work zone 20.

Акустические волны распростран ютс также по каналам 18 и осе- симметричным каналам 12 основного резонатора 5, выполн ющим роль волноводов , и поступают соответственно в тангенциальные каналы 17, в камеру 11 подготовки жидкости, где производ т подготовку жидкости перед ее диспергированием в рабочей зоне 20 диспергировани .The gas flow, the passage through the spiral channel 3, twists and enters the additional resonator 10. In the gas flow passing through the nozzle 4 and the main resonator 5, high-energy acoustic waves are generated that propagate in the dispersion work zone 20. Acoustic waves also propagate through the channels 18 and the axially symmetric channels 12 of the main resonator 5, which act as waveguides, and enter the tangential channels 17, respectively, into the liquid preparation chamber 11, where the liquid is prepared before dispersing it in the dispersing working zone 20 .
