Description
Изобретение относитс к нефтехимии , в частности к способам транспортировани высокопарафинистых нефтей.This invention relates to petrochemistry, in particular to methods of transporting high paraffin oils.
Цель изобретени - улучшение технологии транспортировани высокопарафинистых нефтей за счет образовани устойчивых гранул нефтеуглерод- ной пасты.The purpose of the invention is to improve the technology of transporting high-paraffinic oils due to the formation of stable granules of oil-carbon paste.
Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что в транспортируемую нефть добавл ют 40-52 мас.% технического углерода , гранулируют полученную пасту и транспортируют С водой по трубопроводу .This goal is achieved by adding 40-52 wt.% Of carbon black to the transported oil, granulating the resulting paste and transporting it With water through a pipeline.
Готов т пасты из высокопарафинис- той Русской нефти и технического углерода (ГОСТ 7885-86) при различных соотношени х нефть - углерод и испы- тукл их в зкостные характеристики и устойчивость гранул (см. табл.).Pastes are prepared from highly paraffinized Russian oil and carbon black (GOST 7885-86) at various ratios of oil to carbon and test their viscosity characteristics and stability of the granules (see table).
Пример 1 (по прототипу). Берут 99 г (99%) Русской нефти, при перемешивании добавл ют 1 г (1%)Example 1 (prototype). Take 99 g (99%) of Russian oil, with stirring add 1 g (1%)
АСМГ. В зкость полученной пасты равна 50 Па С. Паста не гранулируетс , на поверхности воды образует пленку, При транспортировании по трубопроводу нефть прилипает к верхним стенкам труб, что может привести к депа-. рафинизации и засорению труб.ASMG. The viscosity of the resulting paste is 50 Pa C. The paste does not granulate, forms a film on the surface of the water. When transported through the pipeline, oil sticks to the upper walls of the pipes, which can lead to a deposit. refining and clogging of pipes.
Пример 2. Берут 60 г (60%) нефти, при перемешивании добавл ют 40 г (40%) технического углерода. Гранулы, полученные из нефтеугле- родной пасты, смешиваютс с водой и не слипаютс . В зкость полученной пасты равна 240 Па-с.Example 2. 60 g (60%) of oil is taken, and 40 g (40%) of carbon black are added with stirring. Pellets obtained from petroleum paste are mixed with water and do not stick together. The viscosity of the resulting paste is 240 Pa-s.
Пример 3. Берут 61 г (61%) нефти, при перемешивании добавл ют 39 г (39%) технического углерода. В зкость полученной пасты равна 190 Па.с. Гранулы в воде неусто1 гчи- вы, слипаютс .Example 3. 61 g (61%) of oil are taken, and 39 g (39%) of carbon black are added with stirring. The viscosity of the resulting paste is 190 Pa.s. The granules in the water are unstable, stick together.
Пример 4. Берут 54 г (54%) нефти, при перемешивании добавл ют 46 г (46%) технического углерода.Example 4. 54 g (54%) of oil are taken, and 46 g (46%) of carbon black are added with stirring.

В зкость полученной пасты равна Па«с. Гранулы в воде не слипаютс .The viscosity of the resulting paste is Pa. The granules do not stick in the water.
Пример 5. Берут 52 г (52%) нефти, при перемешивании добавл ют 48 г (48%) технического углерода. В зкость полученной пасты равна 17533 Па-с. Гранулы в воде не слипаютс .Example 5. Take 52 g (52%) of oil, while stirring 48 g (48%) of carbon black. The viscosity of the resulting paste is 17533 Pa-s. The granules do not stick in the water.
Пример 6. Берут 48 г (48%) нефти, при перемешивании добавл ют i2 г (52%) технического углерода. В зкость полученной пасты равна $5300 Гранулы в воде не сли- аютс .Example 6. 48 g (48%) of oil are taken, i2 g (52%) of carbon black is added with stirring. The viscosity of the resulting paste is equal to $ 5,300. The granules in the water do not merge.
Пример 7. Берут 47 г (47%) ефти, при перемешивании добавл ют 53 г (53%) технического углерода. В зкость полученной пасты равна 166375 Па. с. Гранулы в воде не ели- Даютс . 1Example 7. Take 47 g (47%) of efty, and 53 g (53%) of carbon black are added with stirring. The viscosity of the resulting paste is 166375 Pa. with. The granules in the water are not eaten. one
Как видно из примеров и таблицы, предлагаемый способ транспортировани высокопарафинистых нефтей позвол ет транспортировать нефть по трубпроводу в виде гранулированных паст нефть - углерод в турбулентном потоке воды, что позвол ет улучшить технологию транспортировани высокопарафинистых нефтей, избежать выпадени парафина из нефтей в трубопроводе .As can be seen from the examples and the table, the proposed method of transporting highly paraffinic oils allows the oil to be transported through the pipeline in the form of granular oil-carbon pastes in a turbulent flow of water, which improves the technology of transporting high-paraffinic oils to avoid paraffin deposition from the oils in the pipeline.

Увеличение содержани технического углерода в составе паст выше 52 мас.% не измен ет положительный эффект при транспортировании и усложн ет гранулирование паст; уменьшение содержани углерода ниже 40 мас,% ведет к слипанию гранулированных частиц пасты.Increasing the carbon black content in pastes above 52 wt.% Does not change the positive effect during transportation and complicates the granulation of pastes; a decrease in the carbon content below 40 wt.% leads to the adhesion of granular paste particles.
Нефтеуглеродные гранулы с содержанием углерода 40-52 мас.% не смешиваютс с водой и улучшают технологию транспортировани . Кроме того, технический углерод обезвоживает Русскую нефть, в которой содержитс около 12 мас.% воды. По мере наполнени нефти углеродом из нее выжимаетс вода, уменьшаетс сродство нефти с водой, что дополнительно улучшает стабильность гранул пасты.Oil-carbon granules with a carbon content of 40-52 wt.% Do not mix with water and improve transportation technology. In addition, carbon black dehydrates Russian oil, which contains about 12% by weight of water. As the oil is filled with carbon, water is squeezed out of it, the affinity of the oil with water decreases, which further improves the stability of the paste granules.
