Изобретение относитс к турбостроению, может быть использовано при регулировании давлени в камерах отбора теплофикационных турбин и позвол ет повысить экономичность при частичных нагрузках. Регулирующа поворотна диафрагма содержит поворотное кольцо 1 с подвижными част ми 2 направл ющих лопаток и диафрагму 3 с неподвижными част ми 6 направл ющих лопаток, между вогнутой и выпуклыми поверхност ми 8 и 9 которых образован сопловой канал 7 с входным сечением 12. При изменении заданного текущего значени давлени поворотом поворотного кольца 1 измен етс площадь входного сечени 12 сопловых каналов 7 диафрагмы 3 и устанавливаетс требуемое значение давлени отбираемого пара. Перемещение поворотного кольца 1 в положение закрыти производ т от вогнутой поверхности 8 соплового канала 7 к выпуклой поверхности 9.
