Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к медицинской технике, а именно к травматологии, и может быть использовано дл  протезировани  тазобедренного сустава. Цель изобретени  - предотвращение вывихивани  эндопротеза из вертлужной впадины. Изобретение состоит из металлополимерной изогнутой ножки 2, размещающейс  в костно-мозговом канале бедренной кости. На ее поверхности выполнено несколько отверстий в двух взаимно перпендикул рных плоскост х, которые залиты пластмассой. К ножке 2 с помощью резьбы присоедин етс  шарообразна  головка 3, положение которой фиксируетс  дополнительными винтами. Головка протеза содержит сквозной канал 6, который проходит затем через ножку и заканчиваетс  на бедренной кости. Через этот канал проводитс  сплошна  лавсанова  крупно чеиста  лента 8, один конец которой с помощью шайбы 10 закрепл етс  на дне вертлужной впадины, а другой конец после выхода из канала разъедин етс  и проводитс  через дополнительно просверленные отверсти  в ножке протеза и кости и заканчиваетс  обкруткой бедренной кости и зав зыванием нат нутым узлом. Эндопротез позвол ет стабильно и посто нно фиксировать ножку протеза в костно-мозговом канале и предотвращает возможные вывихи головки из вертлужной впадины. 6 ил.The invention relates to medical technology, specifically to traumatology, and can be used for hip joint replacement. The purpose of the invention is to prevent dislocation of the endoprosthesis from the acetabulum. The invention consists of a metal-polymer curved leg 2 located in the medullary canal of the femur. Several holes are made on its surface in two mutually perpendicular planes that are filled with plastic. A spherical head 3 is attached to the leg 2 by means of a thread, the position of which is fixed by additional screws. The head of the prosthesis contains a through channel 6, which then passes through the leg and ends at the femur. Through this canal, a continuous lavsan large mesh tape 8 is held, one end of which is fixed to the bottom of the acetabulum with the help of a washer 10, and the other end, after leaving the canal, is disconnected and passed through additionally drilled holes in the stem of the prosthesis and the bone and ends with the femur bone wrap and tied up with a tight knot. The endoprosthesis allows stably and permanently fixing the prosthesis stem in the bone-brain canal and prevents possible dislocations of the head from the acetabulum. 6 Il.
