Изобретение относитс к приборостроению и может быть использовано дл измерени малых расходов газа или жидкости. Цель изобретени - повышение точности за счет исключени вли ни пространственного положени преобразовател и расширение диапазона измерений. При наличии потока среды первый по ходу потока нагревательно-измерительный элемент 3 охлаждаетс сильнее, чем второй элемент 4, вызыва по вление разбаланса в мостовой измерительной схеме. За счет размещени измерительно-нагревательных элементов внутри измерительного канала 2, имеющего форму последовательно расположенных сообщающихс кольцевых участков и изолированного от теплопроводного корпуса 1, конвективные потоки внутри измерительных кольцевых участков вследствие схожести их формы не вли ют на результат измерений при изменении пространственного положени преобразовател . 4 ил.This invention relates to instrumentation engineering and can be used to measure low flow rates of gas or liquid.
