Abstract
The invention relates to methods for wastewater treatment by two-stage filtration using a reagent and can be used in the chemical, engineering and other industries to purify water from toxic organic compounds. The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of purification from organic matter. For carrying out the process, a volcanogenic tuff with a grain size of 0.8-2 mm is used as a reagent before filtration, from which tufoglins are absorbed in the mixer, absorbing dissolved and undissolved toxic impurities. The method allows to increase the effect of purification from organic substances up to 96-98%, as well as to reduce the total dose of reagents introduced 13 times. 2 tab.
Description
Изобретение относитс к очистке природных и сточных вод фильтрованием и может быть использовано в очистке вод от растворенных органических веществ .The invention relates to the purification of natural and waste water by filtration and can be used in the purification of water from dissolved organic matter.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of water purification from organic substances
To carry out the process, natural or waste water is passed through a volcanogenic tu with a grain size of 0.8-2.0 mm, which is a solid porous skeleton of volcanic origin, filled with sedimentary rocks — tuff clay during the genesis, and then filtered through 2 granodiorite stages filter with the introduction of coagulant in the second stage of filtration.
Natural water containing suspended solids 450–500 mg / l, phenols 0.01 mg / l, chloroolos 0.8 mg / l is passed through a mixer filled with volcanogenic tuff 0.8–2 mm in diameter, then filtered through Lilthra first and second stage, filled with granodiorite. The filtration rate at the first stage is 6 m / h at the second 16 m / h.
1,The effect of the composition and height of the mixer loading layer on the effect of water purification is presented in Table. one,
2.Comparative characteristics of the treated wastewater are presented in table. 2
From the data table. 1 and 2, it follows that the proposed method allows an increase in the cleaning effect up to 96-98%, a decrease in the concentration of toxic substances below the maximum allowable concentration, and also a reduction in the consumption of reagents.
