Способ определени диэлектрической проницаемости жидкости заключаетс в возбуждении электромагнитного пол в диэлектрическом стержне 1, в измерении погонного затухани электромагнитного пол вдоль оси диэлектрического стержн при его погружении в исследуемую среду 2, а также в направлении, перпендикул рном оси диэлектрического стержн при коротком замыкании его конца, и в определении по измеренным величинам и параметрам диэлектрического стержн искомой величины.
