Abstract
Датчик давлени предназначен дл измерени давлени в цилиндре действующих машин. Может найти применение дл контрол работы, наладки и диагностики работы ДВС и поршневых компрессоров. Датчик включает корпус 1, упругий элемент в виде мембраны 2, прижатый к седлу в корпусе с помощью чашки 3, нажимной элемент 4, воздействующий на проставку через шарики 5, рабочий тензорезистор, укрепленный на мембране, и компенсирующий тензорезистор, укрепленный на внутренней поверхности проставки. Вследствие того, что площадь теплообмена между гор чими газами и мембраной минимальна, погрешность измерени , вносима температурой, уменьшаетс . Так как компенсирующий тензорезистор закреплен на недеформируемой от давлени газов поверхности чашки, то сигнал от него зависит только от температуры. 2 з.п. ф-лы, 2 ил.The pressure sensor is designed to measure the pressure in the cylinder of existing machines. Due to the fact that the heat exchange area between the hot gases and the membrane is minimal, the measurement error introduced by the temperature is reduced.
