Abstract
Изобретение относитс к конвейерной транспортной технике и позвол ет снизить абразивный износ ленты конвейера (К) и уменьшить ударные нагрузки на последнюю. На ленту К 2 подают груз и ввод т под груз в зону его подачи промежуточные защитные элементы в виде упругих шариков (УШ) 3 с ферромагнитными включени ми. После подачи груза УШ 3 отвод тс с К 2 в зону подачи грунта на ленту. Над К 2 расположен подающий К 1, а за зоной подачи груза размещено захватное приспособление (П) 4 дл УШ 3, выполненное с возможностью создани бегущей магнитной волны. За П 4 расположен возвратный лоток 5 с наклонной в сторону зоны подачи груза на К 2 поверхностью. Груз с К 1 подает на К 2 и при падении взаимодействует с УШ 3, которые защищают поверхность ленты К 2. В зоне П 4 происходит захват УШ 3 за счет выполнени последних с ферромагнитными включени ми и их перемещение П 4 на лоток 5. С последнего УШ 3 возвращаютс на К 2 в зону подачи груза. 2 с. и 2 з.п. ф-лы, 4 ил.The invention relates to conveyor transport equipment and reduces the abrasive wear of the conveyor belt (K) and reduces the impact loads on the latter.
