Then, fringes are displaced with water. Under the action of surfactant, clay of polymer-dispersed system is swelled, extent of plugging rises to reduce permeability of flooded highly permeable zone of formation. Oil recovery rises. Method is realizable on the existing oil field equipment. EFFECT: increased efficiency of oil displacement in nonuniform reservoirs at the late stages of oil field development. 4 tbl
