Abstract

Изобретение относитс к станкостроению и может быть использовано в качестве съемного устройства дл закреплени деталей на металлорежущих станках. Цель - повышение надежности и уменьшение вспомогательного времени на перестановку башмаков. Переналаживаемое устройство содержит несколько колодок 5, установленных неподвижно в радиальных пазах планшайбы 1. В колодках 5 выполнены с равным шагом открытые овальные отверсти 9, соединенные пазом 10 с опорной горизонтальной поверхностью "Г", на которой в требуемом положении устанавливаютс башмаки 2 путем ввода через паз 10 в овальное отверстие 9 цилиндрического валика, закрепленного в боковых стенках башмака. После установки на башмак 2 заготовки и перемещени кулачка 13 до контакта с последней происходит одновременно закрепление заготовки кулачком 13 и башмака 2 на колодке 5. 1 з. п. ф-лы. 5 ил.The invention relates to a machine tool industry and can be used as a removable device for securing parts to machine tools. A retoolable device for attaching parts to the faceplate of a metal cutting machine, comprising pads intended for placement in the radial grooves of the faceplate, in which fixing holes are made perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of the latter with the same pitch to accommodate cylindrical rollers, each of which is designed to connect the corresponding block to the shoe, mounted on a supporting horizontal surface of the block with the possibility of rearrangement in the direction of its axis of symmetry, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability and reduce the auxiliary time for shifting the shoes, the holes are oval and made open from the side of the supporting horizontal surface of the block by means of grooves made in it, the width of which is larger than the diameter of the cylindrical rollers, while in the shoe there is a U-shaped groove intended for placement pads, and a cylindrical roller is fixed in the side walls of the shoe.
