Изобретение относитс  к устройствам дл  приготовлени  активированной цементной суспензии и позвол ет интенсифицировать процесс активации. Диспергатор-смеситель содержит герметичную горизонтально расположенную цилиндрическую емкость 1, установленную на амортизаторах 4, внутри которой на упругих прокладках 12 параллельно оси в нижней части емкости 1 через кольцевую прокладку 7 оппозитно расположены возбудители виорационных колебаний, выполненные в виде концентраторов-волноводов 5 и 6, имеющие каналы в виде направленных навстречу друг другу раструбов. Отверстие 18 в верхней части емкости 1 соединено трубопроводом 19 с каналом 20 концентратора-волновода 6, а канал 21 раструба концентратора-волновода 5 соединен с патрубком 22 подачи суспензии. На торцовых част х емкости 1 установлены возбудители вибрационных колебаний, соединенные с магнитострикционными преобразовател ми с излучающими 24 и приемными 25 пакетами магнитостриктора. 3 ил.The invention relates to a device for the preparation of an activated cement slurry and allows to intensify the activation process.
