Abstract
The invention relates to medicine and relates to a means for protecting the skin from the effects of ionizing radiation. The purpose of the invention is to increase the radioprotective effect on the skin. The proposed radioprotector makes it possible to increase the radioprotective effect on the skin through the use of 2,6-dimethyl-3,5-diethoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydropyridine. The known substance is an organic compound.
Description
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to means for protecting the skin from exposure to ionizing radiation.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the radioactivity effect on the skin.
A 5% oily solution is used, with 1 ml of the solution containing 50 mg of the basic substance. The solution is prepared ex climatically in climate institutions and used within 15-20 hours from the time of preparation. The prepared solution is applied 15-20 minutes before the X-ray irradiation or radiological procedure with a plastic spatula or stick is applied to the skin to be irradiated and evenly distributed. The consumption of the preparation is based on 1 ml of a solution of n 1 dm1 of skin.
The proposed radioprotector has low toxicity (30,000 mg / kg in experiments on white myta when administered orally), does not irritate the skin, is more stable than DMSO, and can be used with other therapeutic agents.
When irradiated in erythemal doses (2000P under x-ray irradiation and 6000 R under / 3-irradiation), the duration of the period of erythema is reduced by - / times, and the duration of the severe erythemal reaction in Zraz.
Desquamation caused by / j-irradiation is completely prevented. When irradiated at higher doses (3000 Pi, the use of a Vaseline-based composition reduces by 23% the duration of the period of moist desquamation, and radiodermatitis turns into
