Abstract
The invention relates to radio engineering. The purpose of the invention is to increase the separation. The switch contains segments 1 and 2 of the transmission line, PIN diodes 3 and 4, a resistor 5, a directional coupler (HO) 6 and a bias circuit 7. When the polarity of the control voltage is changed, PIN diodes 3 and 4 are unlocked. Resistor 5 shunts cut 1, PIN diode 3 connects to the output of the device in series the connected cut 2 and the auxiliary path HO 6. This results in a device close to short circuit at the output of the device. The main part of the input signal is then dissipated in the resistor 5 and the device remains matched. The residual signal that leaks to the output of the device is compensated for by means of a small part of the input signal, which is branched into the auxiliary path 6, of the input signal coming to the output of the device through segment 2. The goal is achieved by introducing segment 2 with a length of four waves and as associated quarter-wave transmission line segments. In this case, the choice is made of the coefficient of communication between the main and auxiliary paths of the НО 6. 1 Il.

The invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in radio receiving and radio transmitting devices.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the separation.
The drawing shows a circuit diagram of a switch.
3.The device contains the first 1 and second 2 segments of the transmission line, the first 3 and second 4 p-i-p-diodes 3 and 4, the resistor 5 with a resistance equal to the characteristic impedance of the first segment 1, the directional tap 6, which is made in the form quarter wavelength transmission line segments; and an offset circuit 7. The first 3 and second 4 p-i-p-diodes 3 and 4 are connected by their own electrodes to the first and second ends of section 1, respectively. Resistor 5 is connected by alternating voltage between the common bus and the other electrode of the second p-i-p-diode 4, the output arm of the main path of the directional branch 6 is connected to the second end of the first segment 1, the output arm of the auxiliary path is connected to the common bus, and the diverted shoulder through the second segment 2 is connected to the second electrode of the first p-i-p diode 3.
The coupling coefficient K of the main and auxiliary paths of the directional response 6 is selected from

The device works as follows
With the polarity of the control voltage, when the first and second p-i-p-diodes 3 and 4 are locked, the input signal passes through the main path of the directional response 6 and the first segment 1 to the switch output with almost no loss. and the auxiliary paths of the directional coupler b are much less than 1, and the output and expanded shoulders of the auxiliary path are connected to the common bus, the output arm is directly, and the expanded arm is connected with the open 2 segment, so the connection of the main and auxiliary links is nogo paths does not increase the losses
By changing the polarity of the control voltage, the first and second p-i-p-diodes 3 and 4 are unlocked. Resistor 5 shunts cut 1, the first p-i-p-diode 3 connects to the switch output in series the second cut 2 and the auxiliary path of the directional coupler 6, which
Остаточный сигнал, просачивающийс на выход выключател , компенсируетс с помощью ответвленной во вспомогательный тракт направленного ответвител 6 небольшой части входного сигнала, поступающего на выход выключател черезleads to the establishment of a switch close to the short-circuit mode at the output of the switch. The main part of the input signal is then dissipated in resistor 5, with the result that the switch remains matched. The residual signal that seeps into the switch output is compensated for by using a small part of the input signal that arrives at the switch output through the branch path to the auxiliary path of the directional coupler 6.
