Abstract
Изобретение относитс к теплообменным аппаратам и может использоватьс дл повышени эксплуатационной надежности путем защиты от накипеотложений. Теплообменник содержит внутреннюю трубу (Т) 1 со спиральными ребрами (Р) 2, установленными с зазором относительно наружной Т 3. В зазоре между Р 2 и Т 3 в контакте с ними по всей внутренней поверхности Т 3 размещен слой 4 гидрофобного материала, который имеет ответные винтовые пазы 5 под Р 2. По торцам Т 3 и 1 установлены крышки 6 и 7. Т 3 и 1 имеют патрубки 8-11 дл подвода и отвода теплоносителей. За счет размещени в зазоре между Р 2 и Т 3 сло 4 гидрофобного материала с пазами 5 под Р 2 исключаетс перетоки нагреваемого теплоносител в межтрубном пространстве и отсутствует отложение накипи на Т 3. 1 ил.The invention relates to heat exchangers and can be used to increase operational reliability by protecting against scale deposits.
