Целью изобретени вл етс повышение компактности устройства. На рычаге 5, состо щем из двух шарнирно соединенных частей, установлен нож 6. На валу редуктора 3 установлена втулка 7, на ее боковой поверхности выполнены две кольцевые канавки, соединенные винтовым пазом 9 дл взаимодействи с рычагом. Нож 6 св зан посредством рычага 10 с корпусом 1.
