Глубина проникновени инструмента контролируетс измерительной шкалой 8. Путем манипул ций (поворот, продольное перемещение) рабочей части 2 режущими кромками 5 и 6 производ т дозированное пересечение пучка дегенеративно измененных фибриллов. В результате выполнени рабочей части 2 в виде стержн с лысками 3 и 4 наколотые м гкие ткани при манипул ци х не травмируютс .
