Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к медицинской технике, а именно к устройствам дл  наложени  анастомоза. Целью насто щего изобретени   вл етс  снижение травматичности путем уменьшени  габаритов рабочей части устройства. Устройство дл  наложени  анастомоза содержит привод 1, компрессионные элементы с фигурными рабочими поверхност ми, выполненные в виде изогнутых стерженей 7,8, а также фиксаторы тканей в виде крючков 10. Кра  орального и аборального сегментов фиксируют к крючкам 10 и при помощи привода 1 осуществл ют сдавливание торцов сегментов кишки между стержн ми 7 и 8, которые выполнены фигурными, что обеспечивает длину линии анастомоза, равную периметру сопоставл емых органов, при снижении травматичности операции за счет уменьшени  габаритов рабочей части. 3 ил.The invention relates to medical technology, namely to devices for applying anastomosis.
