Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, namely to devices for bringing the edges of a wound closer together. The aim of the invention is to reduce the morbidity with the approach of the wound edges of the uneven profile. The device comprises a rack 1, a branch 2.3 with spikes 4 mounted for movement along the branch 2.3, a ratchet 5 with a handle 6, the spikes 4 being placed on screws 7 of different diameters with spikes 4 at each step. The diameter of each step decreases as the distance from the center step increases by the value of twice the thread depth of the previous diameter, and the number of thread starts increases as the distance from the center step increases. The device works as follows. The device prepared for work with divorced branches 2.3 is applied to the wound. Pre-bring together the wounds. The spikes 4 are then removed by turning the screws 7 until the wound edges are leveled in length. The device for bringing the wound edges together contains a toothed rack 1, jaws 2 and 3 with spikes 4 mounted for movement along branches 2 and 3, a ratchet 5 with a handle b, the spikes 4 being placed on screws 7 with a multi-thread thread steps x 8 of various diameters with studs 4 at each step 8. The diameter of each step 8 decreases with distance from the central step 9 by the value of twice the thread depth of the previous diameter, and the number of thread starts increases with the distance from the central step 9.

A device for bringing the wound edges together, containing a toothed rack, jaws with spikes mounted for movement along the branches, a ratchet mechanism with a handle, characterized in that, in order to reduce the trauma when the wound edges approach the uneven profile, the spikes are placed on screws with a multiple fold - a lead thread made in steps of different diameters with studs in each step, with the diameter of each step decreasing as the distance from the central step decreases by the doubled depth of the previous diameter. 2.
