Abstract
The invention relates to medical technology, namely to traumatological devices used to treat fractures of the lower extremities. The purpose of the invention is to provide a load change depending on the consolidation and the formation of a false joint in the treatment of fractures of the lower extremities. The patient's shoes are fixed to a rigid support 4 with screw 3 for the entire period of treatment and put on the leg. The metering screw 10 by means of the slide indicator 9 on the scale of the magnitude of the load 8 sets the optimal value of the load on the injured limb. The constructive relationship of the mechanical and electrical systems of the device provides control over the magnitude of the load on the limb throughout the entire period of treatment. The optimum load value is indicated by a light-emitting lamp 13, and the maximum optimum load value is signaled by an electric bell 14. 2 Il.
Description
The invention relates to medical equipment, namely to traumatological devices used to treat fractures of the lower extremities.
The purpose of the invention is the provision of load changes depending on the consolidation and formation of the false joint in the treatment of fractures of the lower extremities.
In FIG. 1 shows a device, a General view; in FIG. 2 - the relationship of electrical and mechanical systems of the device.
14.The dynamometer sole contains a base 1 with a casing. 2 in the form of patient’s shoes, fixed with a screw 3 to a footstand 4, which is connected via a hinge 5 to the sole 6, spring 7, load scale 8, slide indicator 9, metering screw 10, spring contact 11, fixed plate contact 12 of bulb 13 and an electric bell 14, a power element 15, wiring 16. The load magnitude adjuster is made in the form of a metering screw 10 connected by an indicator slider 9 with a scale 8 of the load magnitude. The signaling device includes a light bulb 13 and an electric bell 14.
A dynamometer sole is used as follows.
The patient’s shoes are fixed to the rigid foot rail 4 with screw 3 for the entire treatment period and put on the foot.
д.By means of the metering screw 10, by means of a slider indicator 9 on a scale 8, the load values set the optimal load on the injured limb, being guided by the radiological data of the osteogenesis process, the timing of the fracture, the method of fixation of fragments, etc.
Using light and sound signals determine: light - the optimal load, sound - the maximum level of optimal load.
A dynamometer sole allows accelerating fracture fusion by improving segment trophism due to constant adequate load; 10 to increase indications for early axial load on a limb due to the constant and objective control of its size. The sole is not required in its application kakihlibo additional sanitary measures 15 creates a positive psycho-emotional background of the patient.
