Description
The invention relates to equipment for the oil and fat industry for determining the residual content of the extractant in the oil.
The purpose of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities.
The implementation of a saturation chamber in the form of a horizontal labyrinth channel in conjunction with the organization of the oncoming movement of oil and air provides the possibility of analyzing, including foaming oils.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the device; figure 2 - camera saturator with a cutout.
The device for controlling the solvent content in the oil consists of a sampling probe 1, which is connected to a saturation unit made in the thermostat 2 with a chamber 3 located in it, and a device 4 for supplying compressed air is also connected to the saturation unit.
The saturation unit is connected to the rotameter 5, the devices 6 and 7 for determining the concentration of combustible gases and the indicating device 8. The chamber 3 of the saturator is made in the form of a horizontal labyrinth channel. At one end of the labyrinth canal there is an inlet 9 for oil and an outlet 10 for an air-steam mixture, and on the other, an outlet 11 for oil and an inlet 12 for air. Inlet 12 for air and outlet 10 for vapor-air mixture are located above outlet 11 for oil.
The device works as follows.
The analyzed oil from the sampler 1, providing its pressure, is fed to the input 9 of the chamber 3 of the saturator, fill the labyrinth channel to
уровн , определ емого отверстием вывода 11 масла, через которое масло переливаетс в дренаж.level determined by the oil outlet 11, through which the oil is poured into the drainage.
В лабиринтном канале камеры 3, таким образом, создаютс стабильные услови массообмена в среде газ - жидкость ,From the compressed air network through compressed air supply 4, which is a series-connected air filter, moisture separator and air flow regulator (not shown), the air flow with a certain flow through the inlet 12 passes through the labyrinth channel of the chamber 2 above and against the moving vehicle. a certain flow rate to the oil flow having a stable temperature determined by the temperature in the thermostat 2. In the labyrinth channel of the chamber 3, thus, stable conditions of mass exchange in the medium gas-liquid Th,
Воздух, насыщенный парами растворител , содержащимис в анализируемом масле, до концентрации, определ емой уравнением Генри, проходит на вывод 10 в ротаметр 5„ по которому конт ролируетс расход паровоздушной смеси, затем поступает в сдублированные приборы 6 и 7 дл определени концентрации горючих газов растворител в воздухе, например ГПБ-1 или СТМ-1.The air saturated with the solvent vapors contained in the oil to be analyzed, to the concentration determined by the Henry equation, passes to pin 10 into a rotameter 5 "through which the vapor-air mixture consumption is controlled, then enters the duplicated instruments 6 and 7 to determine the concentration of combustible solvent gases in air, for example GPB-1 or STM-1.
When the concentration of the solvent in the analyzed oil changes, the concentration of the vapor-air mixture entering the devices 6 and 7 changes, resulting in an electronic signal at the output of these devices 6 and 7 proportional to the concentration of the solvent in the oil being analyzed,

The use of the proposed device provides the ability to control the solvent content at all stages of oil production by the extraction method while simultaneously improving the processability and reliability of the device due to the possibility of controlling the oil regardless of its viscosity and the amount of foam factor.
