This invention relates to the enrichment of minerals by the flotation process. The goal is to increase the performance of the flotation process and reduce its energy consumption by reducing the intensity of circulation flows inside the aeration unit. To do this, an axial impeller (I) 2, consisting of a hollow hub (PS) 3 with holes 4, is attached to the lower end of shaft 1 of the block, on which blades (L) 5 are fixed. On the delivery surface 6 L 5, at their rear edges , flaps 7 are installed. At the suction surface 8 L 5, steps are installed 5. Lugs 9 and flaps 7 adjoin PS 3 directly at aperture 4. An air pipe 10 is attached to the upper part of PS 3. A stator 12 is located around I 2, which is attached to the lower the base of the glass 13 with the circulation windows 14. Coaxially with the shaft 1 on top of the I 2 from the side suction pulp rigidly fixed diaphragm 15, made in the form of a flat ring. The outer radius of the ring is equal to the radius L 5, and the inner radius is equal to 0.85 radius L 5. Through the windows 14 the pulp enters the L 5. During rotation And 2 the pulp is thrown down. Reflected from the bottom of the flotation machine, the circulating pulp flows rise upwards, preventing air from being sucked into the pulp from PS 3 through the opening 4. Thanks to the diaphragm 15, pulp flows are created to compensate for the circulating pulp flows. 4 il.
