The resulting samples are tested.
During the tests, samples were taken that were made in an amount of 10 pieces, according to each example. Evaluation of the quality of the image is made visually using a magnifying glass measuring LI-3-10 for compliance with the approved print version. The quality of the samples made according to each example is estimated by the number of defective typos, as a percentage, and there are 1350 characters on each sheet — all letters of the alphabet, numbers and marks of letters 33 characters on each line.
The table presents the test results.
Как видно из результатов испытаний, наилучшие результаты получены на образцах , изготовленных согласно изобретени (примеры 1 - 5) по 3 забракованных знака , в сравнении с 30-35, полученных на образцах, изготовленных по способу-прототипу .As can be seen from the test results, the best results were obtained on samples manufactured according to the invention (examples 1-5) with 3 rejected marks, compared with 30-35 samples obtained on the prototype method.
At the same time, to reduce rejects, it does not play a role in what form fluorinated telomere alcohol is used - liquid () or solid (). However, to simplify the process, it is more convenient to use liquid fluorinated telomere alcohol, which
более легко разводитс непосредственно в краске, чем твердый, который дл ускорени этого процесса необходимо разводить в уайт-спирите.it is more easily diluted directly in the paint than is solid, which is required to be diluted in white spirit to speed up this process.
Thus, the use of the invention makes it possible to simplify the process of making self-adhesive images by replacing the anti-adhesive processing operations of the base with the operation of directly introducing a high-performance plasticizer of fluorinated telomer alcohol.
0to the printing ink before its application to the substrate and to reduce the number of defective prints by a factor of 8–12, which allows for highly efficient transfer of small images with fine details, such as typewritten text, and to improve
