Abstract
Изобретение относитс к системам дл транспорта нефт ного и природного газов и может быть использовано в нефт ной и газовой промышленности дл дальнего и внутрипромыслового транспорта газожидкостных потоков. В частности, изобретение относитс к системам противокоррозионной защиты газопроводов. Цель изобретени состоит в повышении надежности системы, состо щей из узла ввода ингибитора и конфузорных вставок, расположенных по трассе, за счет того, что суживающеес сопло конфузорной вставки выполнено в виде усеченного конуса 4, плавно переход щего в узкой части в цилиндрическую трубу 5 и установленного соосно с газопроводом. В нижней части суживающегос сопла находитс отверстие 6. Сопло снабжено внутренней вставкой 7, выполненной в виде конуса, расположенной по оси трубопровода и образующей с суживающимс соплом кольцевой зазор. Меньший диаметр внутренней вставки 7 равен диаметру узкого сечени суживающегос сопла, а больший диаметр внутренней вставки меньше диаметра трубопровода на толщину кольцевого зазора. Толщина кольцевого зазора фиксируетс фиксатором 8. 2 з.п. ф-лы, 2 ил.The invention relates to systems for the transport of petroleum and natural gases and can be used in the petroleum and gas industry for long-distance and infield transport of gas-liquid flows. In particular, the invention relates to anti-corrosion protection systems for gas pipelines. The purpose of the invention is to improve the reliability of the system, consisting of an inhibitor injection unit and confused inserts located along the route, due to the fact that the converging nozzle confusing nozzle is made in the form of a truncated cone 4, which smoothly transforms into a cylindrical tube 5 and installed coaxially with the pipeline. In the lower part of the narrowing nozzle there is an opening 6. The nozzle is provided with an internal insert 7, made in the form of a cone, located along the axis of the pipeline and forming an annular gap with the narrowing nozzle. The smaller diameter of the inner insert 7 is equal to the diameter of a narrow section of the tapered nozzle, and the larger diameter of the inner insert is less than the diameter of the pipeline by the thickness of the annular gap.
