Изобретение относитс к станкостроению, а именно к устройствам автоматической загрузки технологического оборудовани штучными цилиндрическими детал ми. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности работы устройства. Устройство содержит бункер 1, воронкообразный захватный орган 2, установленный на торцовом кулачке 4 с возможностью угловых пространственных колебаний относительно горизонтальной плоскости, и приемную трубку 3. Кулачок 4 жестко соединен с приемной трубкой 3 и установлен с возможностью вращени вокруг ее оси. Захватный орган 2 размещен под углом к оси приемной трубки 3. Наружна поверхность захватного органа 2 и нижн часть внутренней поверхности бункера 1 выполнены сферическими и сопр жены между собой. При вращении торцового кулачка 4 захватный орган 2 совершает угловые пространственные колебани по синусоидальному закону относительно горизонтальной плоскости, подверга ворошению детали, наход щиес в бункере 1 в зоне его колебаний и перемещению деталей, наход щихс в его воронке, в вертикальное положение и последующему перемещению их в приемную трубку 3. 3 ил.The invention relates to a machine tool industry, in particular to devices for the automatic loading of technological equipment with piece cylindrical parts.
