Description
The invention relates to welding, in particular to the blades, and can be used for soldering solid parts.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the technological cost and reduce the range of spare parts by unifying the main components and parts within a size of a range of capacities.
FIG. 1 shows a pa lnic, general view; Fig 2 - typesetting element sting pa lnik, cut; in fig. 3 - the sting of a paul, made in the form of contacting two elements, cut; FIGS. 4 - 6 - plow rod (one flat element with a beveled tip and
плоский элемент с симметричным жалом ) .flat element with a symmetric sting).
The electric flax comprises a housing 1, a rod 2 and a heating element 3 inside the rod. The rod 2 of the electric flax is made in the form of a set of flat elements 4 parallel to each other and in contact with longitudinal edges of flat elements 4 with a rectangular cross section. With a minimum number of heating elements equal to two, the length and width of the cross section of each flat rod are related by a ratio of 3/4. An increase in this ratio above four leads to an uneven heating of the rod, and as this ratio decreases below three electr

Pa flax is not convenient in operation due to the short working edge and too wide rod.
Продольные оси нагревательных элементов расположены в плоскости, проход щей через про- дольную ось симметрии параллельно большей продольной грани стержн .The heating element is made of separate heating elements dispersed in the cross section of the rod. The longitudinal axes of the heating elements are located in a plane passing through the longitudinal axis of symmetry parallel to the larger longitudinal face of the rod.
Увеличение числа нагревательных стержней приводит к увеличению габаритных размеров стержн па льника, а следовательно , к снижению удобств в эксплуатации .Reducing the number of heating rods to one with the flat form of a single rod leads to uneven heating of the rod and increases the power consumption per unit of the weld metal. An increase in the number of heating rods leads to an increase in the overall dimensions of the rod of the rod and, consequently, to a decrease in operational convenience.
The device works as follows.
The required number of flat rods 4 is installed and fixed on the housing 1. For example, an electric wire with one flat rod is recommended for power up to 100-150 W with two flat rods - up to 200-300 W. When connecting the electric motor to the electrical network, the heating element 3 transfers heat from the tail portion of the rod 2 surrounding them, from where it is transferred by heat conduction to its working edge.

The technical and economic efficiency of using the invention is to reduce the technological cost by reducing the number of tooling units within a number of capacities for products of the same type. At the same time, the range of materials of the rods and heating elements, as well as the nomenclature of spare parts, is reduced, which allows to better satisfy the needs of consumers in need of repair.
